During the first one hour session, your needs are reviewed.

The second is the presentation of the project scope, budget and contract.

Billing and payment:

MMC consultants work in three ways: by the hour; via monthly retainer or by project.

Payment is due either monthly or within two weeks of project completion depending on the contract.
